These files are executables and will install the Lean Screensaver on your computer once downloaded and run. Note the screensaver will work only on Windows-based computers.

Kaizen Charter A3

The most common reason for failures in kaizen events is poor planning.

We have used the format of the A3 tool to help structure the planning and follow-up communication for a kaizen event incorporating many of the lessons learned from our experience. You are welcome to use it for your own planning by downloading it here. The first tab includes the spreadsheet itself and the second tab includes instructions for its use.
